Creating a new general foundation project

Starting STAAD Foundation Advanced , if you have not already done so.
Create a new General Foundation project file by either:

Selecting New from the Application menu button

or

Press <CTRL+N>

or

Click the General Mode shortcut on the Start Page (in which case, step 3 is not used).

The Create New Project dialog box opens.
Select General Foundation, and click Open. The program window opens an empty project file in the General Foundation mode.
